(something very special at the end of this post, so read to the end)

We’ve had a fabulous day. Thank you so much for all your support in preparing your children for this special fund raisiing day. We will let you know next week how much we raised.

A special Well Done must go to all the performers in our talent show. They all put so much effort into making their acts special and we loved every minute of the show.

A few Red Nose Day Facts……

  • The first ever Red Nose Day took place in 1988 on the BBC and was hosted by Lenny Henry. It raised £15 million.
  • In 2015, over 17,000 schools took part in Red Nose Day and raised over £7.1 million.

Since Comic relief began, all the money raised has helped:

  • to provide life-saving vaccines to over 2.4 million children.
  • more than 1.2 million people into formal and informal education.
  • over 8 million people living in urban slums to improve their living conditions.

And finally; our gift to you……….when everyone has gone home, this is what we get up to …….!

Have a great weekend and Happy Red Nose Day 2017
